VISIT TO BRITISH COUNCIL LIBRARY 4 MAY ,2018


A person is limited in what they can accomplish without good reading and comprehension skills.
 Reading is important because it develops the mind and helps them develop their language skills.
Keeping this in view students of class III  to  VI  Primus visited British council library in Connaught place Delhi  .The National Library has the largest collection of books of all types ,CDs (Compact Disc)  and numerous journals. The British council libraries in Delhi   contain foreign books of various types. They fulfill the academic requirements of student, and also provide mental recreation through novels and story-books.
Children were informed  about  summer  workshops on different  themes and subjects conducted by certified trainers at British council library  . 
Children were also given pamphlets bearing  bar codes which the parents can scan and download various books for free on their smart phones or tabs to read in leisure time .
