Vrikshbandhan Celebration

Today 16.8.24 students of class IV visited the APJ Abdul kalam park in DAV Pushpanjali

Premises to celebrate Vrikshbandha.

They promised to take care of trees and plants

and we protect a tree

1. By not cutting

2. Recycling leaves and flowers

3. Not writing on the bark of the tree

4. Reminding ourselves of all the things we get from the tree as food, tea leaves,oils,coffee,fabrics as cotton ,jute ,timber.

5. Tying the knot and with it creating a bond with the tree.
