ARAVALI UTSAV at HABITAT CENTRE ON Oct 28 ,2017
Students of class VI A Primus participated in the Aravalli Utsav at Habitat Centre on October28, 2017.
The Aravalli range in Delhi hosts a variety of flora and fauna, and this exhibition was an attempt to spread awareness about this important region in Delhi. WWF-India had joined in that collaborative effort for the Kid's Corner at the Utsav.
The Aravalli Utsav showcased information about the Aravallis in a fun and engaging way, which included a photo exhibition, interactive corners for students, and a pop-up quiz.
It was very learning and fruitful visit.

INTERHOUSE ACTIVITY CLASS VI A 31st OCT 2017
An Inter House Competition activity was held in DAV PS PRIMUS VI A titled "Run for fun"
It helped in assessing the multiple intelligence of the child. Child from each house participated in seven different rounds.

The activity started with testing the knowledge of current affairs , science, maths ,social science and english. The students who were able to answer correctly question one went ahead by performing a kinesthetic activity to collect a token one finally solving each question they performed a kinesthetic activitylike jumping a hurdle or passed out of the loop and collected total five tokens in all to reach the finishing line . Students were well prepared and enthusiastic for the activity.
Thus , the activity was a complete success in assessing the Mathematical , kinesthetic, scientific , logical skills and general knowledge of the child .

EDUCATIONAL TRIP TO GWALIOR
Students of class vi A Primus went for two days (28 Oct and 29 Oct 2017 ) educational trip to Gwalior . It was their first independent Rail journey . they was much excited for it.
Gwalior is a city in central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh . It is known for its temples and palaces . Ancient Gwalior fort is 100 m high hill fort surrounded by concrete walls of sand stone . Students on day one saw Jhansi ki Rani ki Chattri learning the story of brave queen of Jhansi. They also enjoyed the light and sound show in voice of Amitabh Bacchan's describing history of Gwalior fort at fort .
On day two they visited sun temple , A Hindu temple Sas Bahu Ka Mandir and Jai Vilas Palace Museum which is most popular tourist attraction of Gwalior.
Trip was a welcome break in students routine .It educated the children and help them built a closer bond with their classmates .Students experienced new environment and manage life independently for these two days .
Memories of this trip will be cherished by children for ever.

ASTROSKIT CLASS VA
Students of class V A Primus
planned a skit under the guidance of science teacher and class
teacher on theme “Visitors in Space and their life” . The students presented the skit on 13th
October 2017 . Students acted naturally,
meticulously and perfectly. It was a visual bliss to watch the students perform
on the stage confidently with appropriate props.
It was worth learning for
audience .The collaborative efforts and hard work of the teachers andstudents
was evident as the students performed brilliantly on the stage.
