SALLY RIDE EARTH KAM @SPACE CAMP WORKSHOP on 7th FEB 2017

Sally Ride Earth KAM @Space Camp  workshop was organised in Queen's Valley School , Dwarka on  7th FEB 2017. Dr Sally Ride  first woman in space  started the program. Sally  Ride Earth KAM is a NASA mission  administered  by US Space &Rocket Centre , home of space camp.Formal and informal educators  can sign  up for Earth KAM mission and allow their students to request for images .

On 7 th feb five students of Class vii a of CBSE I     participated in 

Sally Ride Earth KAM @Space Camp and learnt a multidisciplinary activity to  submit a request  to ISS to capture an image.

OUR SCHOOL AEROBICS TEAM WITH KANCHI KAPUR AS A STUDENT OF CBSE I CLASS VIIA  HAS QUALIFIED FOR INDIA OPEN CUP WITH THREE GOLDS AND ONE BRONZE TO BE HELD IN GOA .OUR SCHOOL TEAM WILL REPRESENT INDIA  THERE AND COMPETE WITH 18 COUNTRIES . THIRD SPACE WORKSHOP IN DAV PUSHPANJALI

Third space workshop titled "COMET KITCHEN" was organised in D.A.V public Pushpanjali Enclave  on 30th Jan 2017   for students of class V , VI and VII A  cbse  i. Session started with an introduction  about guest members of solar family and comet is one among them . Aarush  of class V A gave answers  of many questions asked in the theory session .After the demo session by the experts  students followed the instructions and prepared their comets with rocky body, frozen ice and  emerging tail.Students enjoyed the session and the hands on activity .Students also received  a CD and a questionnaire on the same .It was an unforgettable experience .LAKSHITA and ARPITA of class vii a , SWASTI AND SAYANA of class v a received a gift for making best comet .
