Diwali, the festival spiritually signifies the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair. To make the students understand the importance of Diwali, celebration in VA was done on 24, October 2019.
Students participated in a class cleaning activity.
Students brought homemade food for the class party. They shared the food with the school helpers.
Students solved a Quiz given by the school eco-club to learn ways of clean Diwali . A rally was held by the Eco-club to spread awareness of pollution-free Diwali among the residents of the area.

Tips for a green Diwali
- Avoid using electric lights to illuminate your home. Instead, opt for diyas (earthen lamps) and candles. This saves electricity.
- Dispose off waste properly after celebrations.
