CLASS VI A Yeast in bread making dough rise 25.09.2019

 Student performed an activity to learn that yeast a fungus help to make the dough rise by using sugar from dough to produce more yeast cell and carbon dioxide.

Yeast in use in bread making. 
Yeast uses the sugars and oxygen in the dough to produce more yeast cells and carbon dioxide gas. This is called multiplication. The carbon dioxide makes the dough rise which gives the bread light and spongy texture.
