ACTIVITIES CLASS V IMPORTANCE OF OXYGEN

Students of class v A Primus performed activity in class and learnt  candle covered   with glass tumbler put off  as it does not get oxygen .


When same set up is fixed in a container filled with water , water rises up in the glass tumbler  to occupy the empty space created by burning of oxygen.
Students also learn one-fifth of air is oxygen so, the water rises to  only up to one fifth of the tumbler .
